Creating Custom Keyboard Shortcuts in Autodesk Fusion 360


In Fusion 360, you can increase your efficiency by customizing keyboard shortcuts. Here’s how you can customize the shortcut keys.

Step 1
Find command in your toolbar or in any workspace.

Step 2
Hover the cursor over the command for a second and then click on the three vertical dots refer to the following figure. On doing so, a cascading menu will appear.

Step 3
In the cascading menu, choose the Change Keyboard Shortcut option; the Change Keyboard Shortcut dialogue box will be displayed, refer to the following figure.

Step 4
In the dialogue box, specify the key or combination of keys of your choice as your custom shortcut key for the selected command in the Assign a new shortcut key for “X” textbox.
Finally, choose the OK button in the Change Keyboard Shortcut dialogue box.


Your custom the key is set.
